How to enrol?

Your programme is planned to begin around two weeks after your enrolment is confirmed, giving you time to complete your Welcome & Level Check Session and get ready for Week 1.

Enrol in 5 simple steps.

1. Complete the registration form

Submit your registration details, including your preferred starting level, Mandarin learning background and weekly coaching availability.

You don’t need to be completely sure about your level. Your starting level will be confirmed later during your Welcome & Level Check Session.

2. Receive an invoice

Once your registration has been reviewed, you’ll receive an invoice by email with payment instructions.

3. Complete payment

Follow the payment instructions on your invoice.

Your enrolment will be confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Receive enrolment confirmation

Once your payment has been received, your place in the 10-week Smartly Mandarin Programme is confirmed.

You’ll then receive the information you need for the next step.

5. Attend a Welcome & Level Check Session

Before Week 1 begins, you’ll have a Welcome & Level Check Session.
During the session, we’ll:

 see what you can already understand and say in Mandarin;
 review your previous Mandarin learning;
 discuss your goals;
 confirm the best starting level for you;
 go through how the programme works;
 confirm your regular one-to-one coaching time.

 We'll make sure you’re ready to begin your first week.
